Straps (make 2):
Using tosca
Leave a long tail for sewing before you start starting chain
Ch 3
R1: sc in second chain from hook, sc in next st (2)
R2-23: ch 1, turn, sc in each sts
You can adjust the length of straps as you want.
F/O leaving  a long tail for sewing

Bow:
Use red
Ch 6
R1: sc in second chain from hook, sc in next 4 sts (5)
R2-3: ch 1, turn, sc in each sts (5)
R4: ch 1, turn, dec, sc, dec (3)
R5: ch 1, turn, dec, sc (2)
R6: ch 1, turn, inc, sc (3)
R7: ch 1, turn, inc, sc, inc (5)
R8-9: ch 1, turn, sc in each sts (5)
F/O leaving a long tail for sewing. Sew the tail to the center of the bow then wrap the yarn several times. F/O. Don't cut the yarn.

Finishing:
  • Stuff the muzzle then sew it between eyes. Arrange the position of eyes felt and then glue them. 
  • Sew the ears on head.
  • Sew the body to head. Add more stuff before you close it completely.
  • Sew the arms to body.
  • Sew straps on the pants. I also add small buttons on it.
  • Sew the bow on the body.
