Materials needed:
Pink, yellow and white yarn
crochet hook
Polyester fiberfill
Stitch marker for working in the round
Needle for sewing
Abbreviations:
dc = double crochet
sc = single crochet
inc = increase
dec = decrease
st = stitch
sl st = slip stitch
R= round/row
FO = fasten off
The flower of this curtain tie i made from same pattern as Flower in the pot. You can see its free pattern here.
Curtain tie:
The chain: ch 13, sl st to the first st
R1: 4 sc in the same st, turn (4)
R2: inc, 2 sc, inc, ch 1 turn (6)
R3: inc, 4 sc, inc, ch1 turn(8)
R4: inc, 6 sc, inc, turn (10)
R5: ch 3 (count as 1 dc), 9 dc (10)
R6-68 (or as long as you want): repeat Row 5
R69: ch1, dec, 6 sc, dec, ch 1 turn (8)
R70: ch1, dec, 4 sc, dec, ch 1 turn (6)
R71: ch 1, dec, 2 sc, dec, ch 1 turn (4)
R72: ch 1, 2 dec (2)
The chain: ch 13, sl st to the next st

Sew the flower to the tie
I suggest you not sew the flower to the center of the tie but sew a little left or right (row 25-35).
It's also beautiful if you tie it back like the picture shown.
